EnglishI am a UPC/Sunrise customer and have a UPC TV box. I have had no trouble receiving the TV channels I’ve subscribed to until a few weeks ago when suddenly there was no signal for BBC2 (channel 202) and it still has not returned. I can watch it on Sunrise TV on my laptop, so it must be available on the television. Can someone help, please?
