EnglishI need Connect Pods in my apartment. The WIFI signal does not reach all rooms. The UPC Connect App does not connect or register, it errors every time I try, so I cannot order. Is there another way to order WiFi Extenders for my house?

HI Daniele - thank you so much. I received the Pod today and plugged it into the wall. The white light is blinking, but the Connect App can’t find my modem and does not recognize the Pod, so it is not working. Any advice how to fix this and get it properly installed?
