After installation in our new house, I would like to install some wifi boosters as the wifi signal is very poor in some of the rooms. I installed the UPC Connect App to follow the procedure to scan rooms in the house. However, I cannot complete the scan. In the rooms where we have poor wifi coverage, the app crashes while scanning because the device loses the wifi connection… 😩 A bit of a catch-22.

The App does not propose to order the wifi boosters, but to contact support.

I tried to call support today and spent 30 mins on the phone waiting before giving up as I had to go to work.

Any advice on how to order the proposed free wifi boosters without using the nightmare app?

        It’s been 6 days, but still have not received the wifi boosters or any notification from the post that they are on their way. Any news?
