jpb76 Hi, since few days my modem keeps loosing conenction few times a day, it loosk like it’s rebooting. On myUpc Service Status it says the signal is low and I should check the cable. I did reconnect it, cable looks ok but the Status is still the same.

Daniele_Sunrise jpb76 We have checked your line and the signal values are ok. Please contact our technical support on 0800 66 88 66 so they can look at the filter problem with you. Are you using a Muldimedia adapter or a splitter on the wall socket? If so, remove these parts once for a test. Greetings Daniele
