  • Classic Package channels missing

Hi

I recently got a TV from Germany and connected it to my exisiting cable connection and did an auto scan.My TV already had a Digitial Converter for digital signals.The problem is that it scanned and inserted all the channels except for SRF1 and SRF 2 and SRF 3. Is there anything i need to do to be able to get these channels. All other free channels and radio network is fine.

Thanks for the reply. I would appreciate it if Anina or Frida could reply to the above mentioned question. There is a chance that this situation may happen.

I know people using TVs bought in the UK, so I’m sure it’ll be fine.

Supposing I bought a TV in Germany: is it still possible to watch the digital channels with the Digi Card from UPC Switzerland?

Or must the TV be bought in Switzerland?
