  • Daniele_Sunrise If the issue is the mix and match, than yes please send the Pod as soon as possible. I imagine I am already paying for these right? so nothing really changes in cost?

    If you can expedite the Pod to arrive asap I would be greatful.

    Let me know where to send the booster back to and I will get them back to UPC as soon as the pods are up.

    • 3 months ago one of my Power line Boosters died (B). two days ago I finally received a replacement from UPC but they sent the new version (Pod?). so booster A is powerline, and Booster B is a Pod. Unfortunately they will not hold a sink together. The UPC connect app is no help because it refuses to find my equipment and always gives the error message “Problem on our side”. I have of course done many power offs and on to resink, factory resets etc.. but nothing seems to work. Any suggestions?

      • securedpath I have just cancelled the powerline adapter as of tonight and ordered a Connect Pod. You will receive it in the next few days. For the return you can generate a return label here and use it for the return shipment.
