I need to place a router further from the TV socket, so I need a 5 meter long Connect Box Cable A.
I was wondering where and how I can order it

That’s actually really weird. Currently, my devices have a local IPv4 (obviously) and local and public IPv6.
On Swisscom InternetBox (since v1 up to v4) you can have both IPv4 mode and IPv6 mode at the same time with the port forwarding on both IPv4 and IPv6.
I saw others getting the request to switch to IPv4 fulfilled here on the forums. Should I expect the same thing or I have to call the Call center?
Hello,
I need the ability to forward the ports on IPv4.
Currently only port forwarding on IPv6 is available in the administration panel.
How can we achieve this?
Thank you
As expected, the router changed the setting back to 80 MHz
Daniele_Sunrise It appears that the settings are still correct.
I will keep an eye on them and will report back if anything changes.
Best,
George
Hello all,
As soon as I received my Connect Box 3, I changed the WiFi parameters to manual channel choice and I’ve set channel 6 for 2.4 GHz and channel 36 (non-DFS) for 5 GHz, as well as channel bandwidths to 20/40 and 20/40/80/160 MHz respectively. I have also disabled Channel Optimization
Despite that the Connect Box 3 resets to automatic channel choice and 20 MHz and 20/40/80 MHz bandwidths and I have to change the settings again.
It seems to me that it’s a bug that needs to be addressed by Sunrise. However, are there any temporary solutions?
Thanks in advance!
