On the MySunrise App it does show the products in our account.
I tried using different criteria to log in to the app (mobile number) but the SMS code never arrived ??

Thank you for your suggestion. Unfortunately it didn’t make any difference.
The recordings on my TV Box are not appearing/Available on my Mobile TV App. I am also unable to record the programmes on the Mobile App.
Any suggestions?
UPC and Sunrise merged their apps products today. Nothin has changed except that the recordings on our TV box are no longer appearing/available on my mobile device.
Why is this and can I restore them?

mmmmmm great. Well lets see! Thank you for responding.
A vast number of our channels are showing “No Info Available” and these channels (programs) run for several hours on the listing, which means that you can’t watch it. There are no program ‘blocks’ so each program is not distinguished from another.
The above problem also prevents recording taking place, as the box cannot distinguish which program to record.
Effectively we can’t watch any of these channels!!
I have re-booted several times but nothing changes.
I note that the app on my phone is fine and I can see all channels, but I don’t really want to watch TV on my phone.
Does anyone have any suggestions please?
