I am extremely unhappy and dissappointed currently with my TV Connect Box.
1) After recording a film and saved I tried to watch last night but after 20 minutes the screen says BUFFERING and then the Error code CS2005 Failure Low Bandwidth. Replay is not possible.
2) After checking dianostics and signal strength it said connected to Wifi Signal strength 80%
but could not do replay on Live Channel or on my recording.
3) When I tried to change to another Wifi id for a different signal ie: 5.0 GHz freq. it asked me to input the Password, but I had already inputted the password beforehand, why is it asking for the Password again. Did it not Save it last time. I am sure I did because I was able to connect before.
4) If I record something is the recording held on my connect box or is it having to be downloaded from a UPC Server somewhere else? Which means the Server was having the Low Bandwidth
all these problems are happening more frequently now and instead of the service improving it is getting worse. I am seriously considering changing my provider to another
