I’m in a brand new house and I only seem to have RJ45 connector. Is there anyway I can connect to the UPC Router with this connector? I ask this question because the UPC instruction shows connection to coaxial connector. See pictures below;-
@kash ,As far as I know, Swisscom and Salt do not have direct RJ45 connections either. Swisscom and Salt use a FTTH network with fiber optic connection. A modem is also needed here.

Thanks, I was dreading this answer as it means it will take longer to get connected.
Is this connection specific to UPC or does Swisscom or Salt take RJ45 connection?
@kash ,Welcome to the UPC Community!
Please contact your administration or your landlord regarding the installation of a UPC can, if possible. Without the cable can you cannot connect the modem.
