  • Horizon box turned off automatically

Since the upgrade today when I turn my media box on it switches off automatically after 2 minutes repeatadly .

    Do you still have this issue?

    If so, I recommand you to verify the cables and your installation.

    Do you notice some red LEDs on your Horizon Box? Are only using your box for the TV or also for the landline phone and the Internet?
