ALLEGED SUNRISE CONTRACT DEBT COLLECTION

I am currently being pursued by a debt collection agency for an alleged Sunrise contract. I dispute ever having entered into this contract. I need to submit a formal written dispute to Sunrise. Could a Sunrise representative please provide me with a channel through which I can submit this formally?

Since debt collection agencies are involved, it is best to handle this in writing. You can submit your formal written dispute directly via the official Sunrise contact form.

It is also helpful to send a written objection to the debt collection agency itself to contest the claim.

Since you’ve received a letter from a collection agency, you have the opportunity to explain your position regarding the debt collection through the agency. The agency will then forward your feedback to Sunrise. Sunrise will review your response and get back to you with their reply.

Cosmo24 Thank you ! Unfortunately I am not able to use this contact form because they require me to have a client number which I don’t have because I am not a client (I live in Australia :') )
So I was hoping to find a support email address to contact Sunrise because I want every correspondance of this situation to be written and recorded. I find it quite disappointing not finding another way to officiall reach out to this company. And I also find it disappointing the collection agency to contact me directly before being even contacted by Sunrise regarding the matter to verify my identity and my position regarding the debt.

Daniele_Sunrise Thank you Daniele. Unfortunately the collection agency is not providing me with more documents or proof regarding the alleged debt, which of course I do not recognize because I have never been a Sunrise client and never purchased or used any of their services. So I am trying to get in touch with Sunrise. I hope the agency forwarded my feedback to Sunrise and they will get back to me direclty as you said.
