Since 2 or 3 weeks ago my service started having some issues. The internet modem was starting to loose the connection and because of that of course we lost internet.
Yesterday the connection was good until it started to have some issues. I have disconnected a lot of times the modem, I have even reset it but nothing. I am using the Sunrise app to check the devices but it can’t find the internet modem. I have disconnected everything, follow the installation instructions again and it simply doesn’t work. No internet, no connection, it seems the internet modem is “dead”.
Can someone help?
