I’ve just received the iPhone 17 Pro Max, and during switching eSIMs between phones I received a message that I must contact provider to set it up. During the call, the support guy said everything looked OK and I should accept the change. I did, and the phone I was on lost the connection, and the other wouldn’t accept the eSim.
I have no way of contacting tech support again because I live alone in a new town where I’ve yet to meet anyone, and I have two phones, neither of which will connect to Sunrise.
