I am in Provider Green and I switch to Sunrise
Sunrise sends me the equipment one month before the activation and on the activation day, I switch the modems.
Then I leave from Sunrise and go back to Green.

Now I switch back to Sunrise. No modem yet. Suddenly I receive a call today that they cannot send me the modem because the line is still occupied. Well, no sh#t Sherlock the activation is at the end of the month.
I asked them how it was possible the previous time and the reply was…no reply.
I call Green, I explain them. Their reply: "Well, Sunrise is freaking st#pid, because in WSG we have already marked the line as pending cancellation and therefore, there is nothing that prohibits them to send the equipment and be ready. With Swisscom there is no problem like that".
I call back Sunrise, to send the equipment to be ready and then on the day of the activation I have to call them to do manually the linking.
Bottom line…mess.
