TV replay / recordings all failed from 23:00 - 06:00 (1 - 2nd August)

Hi,

None of my channels have a “watch” option for programmes between around 11pm last night and 6am this morning.

Usually, I wouldn’t notice such a thing, but I tried to record “Human” on BBC2 which was shown at 3:20am and it failed.

Anyone else? Just go to any channel and pick a random programme shown overnight.

Your observation is correct. Replay isn’t available for the stated time.

Maybe there was another issue with the Sunrise servers. Hopefully @Daniele_Sunrise can give an update on the issue on Monday.

I guess it was a general outage. Shame there was no notification of it, but I guess there aren’t many people trying to record or replay stuff that is shown in the middle of the night 😁

adrianlondon We had a restriction during this time frame, and the replays and recordings were lost and cannot be recovered.
