We switched to Sunrise at the beginning of July. From the start, we have had issues with our PS5 hook up. From what we see, all is connected properly, and we have had some luck playing games on the system. But, we encounter frequent screen glitching. This is not a now-and-then occurrence, but rather a daily thing. Sometimes its so bad, that we cannot play because we get the blank screen every 10 seconds or so. Please advise what can be done to make this issue go away. Thanks!

I assume that the internet connection has nothing to do with the picture error. Can you please connect a different HDMI cable to your PS5? Apart from that, I haven’t found anything concerning your modem that could be causing the error.

We switched the PS5 to another TV (LG) and all works fine. We never had a problem with the PS5 & Samsung TV until we switched to Sunrise. I’ll check to see if there are some settings in the Samsung TV menu that could be giving us this glitch. Thank you!
