Connect Box 2

Dear community, for the past couple of weeks the fan of my connect box simply does not turn off and it is super noisy. Nothing has changed since I have the Box (2022) (location, number of active connections and so on..) but for some reason the fan won’t turn off. Already tried to turn off the box during an entire weekend but as soon as I turn it back on the fan also starts.. Any ideas would be welcome as I’m starting to feel a bit uncomfortable to leave the box on when I’m out.

            I have same problem with my Connect Box 2:
            the router is very hot and it is to noisy, the fan does not stop even at night when everyone is asleep and no one is accessing the Internet. Turning off is not helps
