I lost internet Friday 14th June. I didn’t bother because I left on vacation. Today (Sunday, 23rd) I came back and found there is still no internet. Running the website diagnostics, I got the message that the modem (Fritz) is outdated and I need a new one, which will be provided free of charge. Here is the message:

Is this a real thing? I got no email, no mail, nothing saying that any modem change would be required. Why wasn’t a new modem just sent? I am assuming it will take a few days before a new modem is sent. I work from home and having no internet for several days is a big problem. Any quick temporary fix? Today is Sunday and there is no available support to contact. I appreciate any help.
