EnglishHello, I bought a new Samsung TV (QE-55S95B ) and I’m trying to watch TV. I am an “old” UPC client with the “basic tv” package and apparently the sunrise app is not valid yet … When is that app availble for UPC clients ? How can I watch tv other than with that app?
vgna To use the TV App for other devices via Firestick, Google Chrome or TVs, you need a UPC TV Box and a subscription.
Alternatively, you can contact customer service 0800 707 707 and get the TV M product from Sunrise, which works without a TV Box. This offer is not available from UPC. You can find all information here.
