Daniele_Sunrise Cagueca Please try deactivating the Surf Protect option in MySunrise. Then please test your speed again via CNLAB. You can find instructions here. Then log in again with the CNLAB UID for further analysis. Greetings Daniele

Cagueca Hello : Now i have internet but its not working as it should .. Normal in speed test i get 980 to 1Gb of download and everything works fine . Now after the 4 days blackout i got 700 to 850 Mb of download speed and even with that i got lag watching youtube videos ..
Cagueca hello : With cnlab i get 877Mb but with speedtest i get 800 + - also on youtube videos the image quality sometimes is lost .. it look like it starts good but loses speed while video is playing .. Best regards Bruno Lopes
