Hi, we hired the Up Internet XL plan, which promises up to 10GB connection speed.
We have the Fiber installed correctly and have done our diligence work at home (my husband is an engineer himself).
We noticed that first, our order is still pending which is annoying because every time we call Sunrise they keep saying they can’t help as the order is still pending ( it has been two months already).
second, we did some speed testing using a cable connection (CAT 7 in case you wonder) and speeds are around 800 MB/s up and down which isn’t bad but not what we hired. As we are paying for more I would like someone to check this ASAP, please. I’m pretty sure that isn’t on our side. many thanks
