Hello,

a couple of months ago I noticed a significant increase in ping on the Paris server in the game Valorant. Previously (about six months ago), the constant ping on the Paris server was much lower and comparable to the ping on the server located in Frankfurt (about 10ms, with my current residence near Zurich, Switzerland) - Now it’s 60ms.

I contacted Valorant-support and they advised me to ask my provider to change my routing (hey told me that from their site nothing has changed with the servers, and that the problem lies in internet service provider’s routing).

They advised that it would be best if the provider approached their networkers through this site: https://www.peeringdb.com/net/5918, and they will help you configure routing.

Is it possible to configure my routing?

    Our peerings are controlled by the parent company and we have no influence on an adjustment here. If you can test a Dutch server (Amsterdam) then you should have a better latency.
