Since the instalation of my new sunrise box fiber optic two weeks ago internet works but NOT the phone (VOIP). I called many times level 1 and they have done nothing to solve the problem. How could I reach the right people with the right know-how to CONNECT MY PHONE? Has anyone a suggestion to trigger the right answer?

    The other number is not set correctly but at least the main number works…

    Another detail: I had before the installation of the new box two numbers (one for phone, one for fax) Sunrise technician could never configurate the fax number right, so… I stopped using my second number with the fax and spared 10.- a month…

    6 months later
