I am travelling in the US for 8 days and purchased a months-long package. Three times now the phone has stopped allowing me to make and receive phone calls and SMS messages. The previous 2 times I was able to contact someone from sunrise via the chat and they “reset the SIM card”, which fixed the problem for a short while. Now, the third time that this has happened, I am unable to contact a human being via the chat. The only options I am give are to either call sunrise or have them call me - which makes no sense, since the problem that I am having means that I am unable to make or receive phone calls. In desperation, I asked for a call back - and of course I just received an SMS saying that they had tried and failed to contact me. What can I do? And what can I do to make sure that this does not happen on my next trip? Also, what are my options for contacting sunrise when I am out of the country and unable to make and receive calls?

      Sunrise_Team I am currently experiencing the same issue. Everything works normally except for local calls within USA and to/from Switzerland. This is creating serious issues during my business trip and I can’t talk to a human within Sunrise support as I cannot call the hotline and the online bot is basically useless.

        Ziad What phone do you use? Some operators in the US utilize frequencies which European phones don’t support.
