Hello :

So i wanted to move my mobile numbers from UPC to Sunrise ..

I have called allready 3 diferent numbers all of them asked me to call another number .. so i give up calling ..

I went to a sunrise partner near where i live and they said i cant move to sunrise .. then this guy told me that if i wanted to go sunrise i need to leave my two mobile numbers and make new contracts with sunrise ..

Sunrise and UPC are all same now i guess ..

Can i actualy move my two mobile numbers to sunrise or not ?

    Cagueca Please try again with the contract department of Sunrise under the number 0800 330 800. They will be happy to inform you how you can change your numbers to Sunrise. In any case, a cancellation and then a new registration with Sunrise is the wrong procedure.
