Connect Pod

Good morning. Last week, we were having issues with our router. A Sunrise employee came to our location and had to physically repair something. The router is now working. Thank you. However, ever since the router is back on line, our Pod will not connect. We have tried unplugging and re-plugging. Still get the flashing light on the Pod with no connection. Do you have any advice to get the Pod re-connected. Without the Pod we have limited connectivity on our second floor. Thank you!

    jalindley17 We have linked your Connect Pod to your new modem. Unfortunately we had to reboot your modem. Please plug in the Connect Pod and test it once.
