I bought a prepaid SIM at a Sunrise Shop. But when I check it on the website https://www.mobileid.ch/

It turns out not compatible with Mobile ID. What should I do now ?

Prepaid Cards are not supported by Sunrise. You need a mobile subscription.

Swisscom offers mobile id for prepaid users.

Ah what’s a pity ! I didn¨t know about it.
