Hello, I have a problem with Sunrise which gave me wrong indication that if I transfered the handy account of my wife to the main family account, she would keep the Medinex conditions, that I also enjoy on the family account.
It turns out it is not the case.
I tried to talk to the hotline but the lady was only able to tell me that switching the account back to my wife would cost 40 francs but could not say if the conditions would be restored.
On which email can I make a written reclamation?
