I had enabled direct debit for my broadband connection but I am closing my bank account for which it was enabled.

I wanted to updated my bank details for direct debit which I did using myUPC website but at end of it generated a PDF and I am not sure if new bank is updated for direct debit. How to ensure if

  1. my new bank(UBS) is updated for direct debit?
  2. I didn’t have to pay any kind of penalty for closing my previous bank account as direct debit was setup for that and now when UPC will connect to bank then it won’t be available.

    Ravish19 Please fill out the PDF form and submit it as described on the form. Whether the LSV (UBS) has been activated can be confirmed by your bank at the end.

    At the moment Direct Debit via Postfinance is still active.
