I wish to receive a new digicard as mine does not seem to work correctly anymore - The original digicard is about 10 years old …so I presume I could do with a new one please! Many thanks.

    Unfortunately UPC doesn’t offer any Digi Cards anymore. But maybe Daniele could reactivate your card (Senderrechte neu aufgleisen)?

        All your digicards were purchased by you, so we can’t replace them because we don’t sell them anymore and the warranty period has expired.

        what sort of answer is that? great customer service. I know I brought them and who talked about warranty? Anyway if the cards don’t work I cannot get programmes, I cancel my subscription not a problem - but as for your TV box, I don’t want another poor quality box sitting around. I will just revert to my satellite - pretty easy

          hombie I could try an exchange for one card. All cards I can not exchange, because the cards we still have are for customers who still rent the DigiCard.

          What kind of problem does your card have? Is it just one particular DigiCard or is it all of them?

            Is it possible to reactivate homble’s existing Digi Card by “Senderechte neu vergeben”?

            If yes, then that’s maybe the easiest way to solve the issue.

              Daniele_Sunrise many thanks Daniele, I am only talking about one of my cards - something is just not right with it - difficult to put in words - but because I have other digicards I could move them around and test - something is just not right with the card. Also one issue on this particular one is. On certain HD channels the subtitles come and I have to manually push them away - with the other cards once set to no subtitles. No subtitles come. Does that help?

                hombie This is not an error of the DigiCard. The DigiCard only decrypts the channels and does not have its own functions such as subtitles, etc. . The subtitles are sent along with the video stream and are only displayed if your receiver (TV)has this option activated in the settings.

                  Daniele_Sunrise as mentioned I have many cards so have been testing - something is not quite right with the card - I understand about the subtitles but that was just one of the things I noticed specific to this card. As said there other things that somehow are just not right but difficult to explain.
                  Will I receive another card? Its not about money or paying - I want a service and have good TV. More not - if you want to charge me - charge me - that is not the point - point is something is not quite right with the card

                    hombie I just see that one of your cards is already being replaced (request from 06.04.2021). The replacement will be sent to you tomorrow. I have also resent the rights to all your devices. Please check in about 2-3 hours if the error is still present. If it is, replace your card with the new one, which will arrive tomorrow by mail, and test it again.

                      Hi Daniel. I have the same issues with my 2 digicards. They both work, but don’t decrypt the private channels anymore.

                      Could you please re-issue my rights? (purchased Digicards with lifetime subscriptiom for HD channels)

                          somehow it still doesn’t work.

                          HD channels like Pro7 won’t decode.

                          Do you need additional information from the CU module? seems like the last firmware update was from 2017

                          do this:

                          - Update the software on the TV set to the current version.

                          - Update the programme line up on the television

                          - remove the DIgiCard CI+ modules from the television and insert them again after 20 seconds (does the television then recognise the modules?)

                          - What error message appears on the screen when you select the TV programme ProSieben HD (station 93)?

                            2. new channel search performed

                            3. done multiple times. CI module is recognized (see screenshot)

                            4. please wait digicard will be initialized (can run for hours, doesn’t work).

                              TV displays additinally that this program is encrypted.
