Hello everyone. Following a litany of issues that I had believed were solved, I have discovered since last night problems with Replay. The first agent at Tech Support repeatedly accused me of having turned it off - I hadn’t - and finally launched a series of resets that culminated in cutting off my phone call. After calling back another agent claims that there is a known problem with Replay this weekend.
Anyone able to confirm this please, or is this more of the continued fantasies that I have been told recently, and under which I had wanted to believe a line has been drawn?
