UPC Social Media Care & Community Team

In the middle of autumn last year we introduced ourselves as the new responsible persons of the UPC community. Since then you had our Community Manager @Daniele_Sunrise as your first contact person. Your positive feedback has increased and this has shown us that we are on the right track with our work. Thank you very much for all your valuable inputs and feedback!

As a social media care team, we are the first point of contact on our social media channels (Facebook and Twitter) when it comes to requests from social media users.

This ensures that our communication is coordinated across all social media channels and the community platform. Because it is essential that answers and solutions are communicated uniformly.

At the beginning of 2019, we were still looking for two more team members. We have found reinforcement and now our team is complete. In the next articles we would like to tell you more about our team and our tasks.
