    Bonjour,

    Je me permets d’exposer le problème ici car l’opérateur du support téléphonique n’a pas compris ou su répondre à la question.

    Hier, j’ai constaté une interruption de service consécutive à une facture soi-disant “impayée” (qui a été payée ce jour). En consultant le relevé, je me suis aperçu que SunriseUPC a commencé à facturer “à double” (229.80) à partir du mois de juin 2023, alors que le solde restant du mois de mai 2023 était de 0.00 (suite à deux paiements consécutifs effectués le 3 et 8 mai 2023, comme vous pouvez le constater sur la capture ci-dessous).

    Pourriez-vous contrôler le relevé ? Si il y a effectivement une erreur de votre part, je vous prie de créditer l’ensemble des frais de rappel et de réactivation liés à cet incident.

    I recently installed Sunrise TV app on my Android TV box and I’ve been trying to log in using my UPC credentials (as mentioned in the login page “Please sign in with your Sunrise TV app or My UPC login”). However I’ve got an error message telling “Login not possible, to use the Sunrise TV app on your TV platform, you need a current Sunrise TV subscription with or without a Sunrise TV Box”.

    To bypass this issue I currently have to log in SunriseTV.ch from another device’s browser and then cast it on my TV box.

    Since I can successfully log in SunriseTV.ch web page with my UPC credentials, why it doesn’t work with Android TV app version ?

      Thank you for your answer, I have been actually using a GNU/Linux operating system (since CNLAB provides a binary for this OS family) and I don’t understand why or how it could make any difference on results or Internet speed. That said, I am going to follow your instructions carefully and perform a new test with another OS. I’ll get in touch with you shortly.

      I have been testing my Internet “Connect Giga 1024 Mbps” subscription and my average speed is actually slower than 300 Mbps (around 200 Mbps, therefore 25 Mb/sec) according to the results. I made multiple tests in compliance with UPC speed test guidelines and cnlab tool. I checked my Network interfaces, cables and devices capabilities (they are all able to sustain 1 Gbps). Not to mention, I also tested using a direct wired connection between the modem/router and a computer.

      I know 1024 Mbps is theoretical best-effort speed, but I have a difference of basically 800 Mbps here and this is definitely not acceptable in terms of service level agreement.

      Can someone give me further information please ?
