It appears that UPC partner network discount is no longer available. UPC is not providing clear answer on that and suggests that you contact the partner directly. In addition, UPC wants you to find out yourself who the partner is and provides no number or contact details. Very fishy. Anybody has clarity on that?

Man, don’t waste your time on UPC. I gave up long time ago.

UPC is a complete waste of time and money. Can’t get basic things right.

I have the same issue with newly installed 1GB router. Neither old nor new passowrd works and calling the support did not help. Resetting router does not help either. Time to depart from UP to a better provider. Wasted 2 hours of my weekend already.

Yes, saw it before. Did not help. Something happens when Huawei communicates with UPC mail server.

I’m unable to setup email on my newly purchase Huawei P30 Pro. I select Other as email provider and then enter username/password (correct information, verified) and then get message that either user/pass is incorrect or imap/ pop is disabled. See screenshot.

Always a hassle with UPC Please advise.

It appears that UPC Cablecom specifies wrong default password in their online instructions.

Correct default router password is admin/admin and not admin/password as specified here.

I bought PS4 for Christmas and it is not working with UPC Cablecom. Refuses to connect to PSN Network and store both from PS4 and web browser. Get all kind of errors. Tried resetting my Technicolor router as suggested by SONY but that did not fix the problem. Very frustruating. Are all Cablecom users banned or blacklisted from PSN??? Please help.
