  • Has Sunrise proactively informed customers, by means of e-mail, of the price increase (which comes prior to the expiry of the contract’s 24 months!)? I do not remember any communication from Sunrise on this subject, while I receive so many useless communications from Sunrise on offers etc.

    I only realized about this increase from this month’s invoice.

    Certainly you find a justification for your increase in the NEW terms for old customers (as from July 1st 2023), so not the ones valid when the contract was signed.

    This is extremenly disappointing. I had a different feeling and opinion about Sunrise prior to this.
