I reset my phone before transferring the e-SIM to the new phone.
I can no longer download the e-SIM to the new device.
I still have 14 CHF of credit on the prepaid plan.
When I click on “order a new SIM / eSIM”, it says: “for security reasons, we will send you the QR code for loading the new eSIM profile onto your eSIM-capable smartphone by mail to the following address: xxxxxxxxxx”.
They request a payment of at least 20 CHF, regardless of the current balance, in order to send it.
Is there any way for them to send this by EMAIL instead of physically?
