Ich bin einen Tourist. Ich ging für weitere 3 Tage mehr Internet. Aber das Personal hat nichts empfohlen und mich gebeten, 20 f aufzufüllen. Aber ich fand heraus, dass die Servicegebühr nur 2,5 pro Tag beträgt. Die anderen 10 wurden nicht ausgegeben. Ich bat um diese Antwort vom Personal und bat um eine Rückerstattung. Der Stab antwortete, dass es nicht seine Schuld sei, sondern meine Schuld. Und das Wort verrückt für mich !!! Ich war nur schockiert über die Worte des schwarzen Personals. Wenn die Rückerstattung nicht möglich ist, verstehe ich. Aber ich bin kein Mitarbeiter Ihres Systems. Warum haben Sie nicht den richtigen Betrag und die Zahlung erklärt?

I’m a tourist. I went to buy more internet for another 3 days. But the staff didn’t recommend anything and asked me to top up 20 f. But I found out that the service fee is only 2.5 per day. The other 10 was not spent. I asked for this answer from the staff and asked for a refund. The staff replied that it was not his fault, but my fault. And the word crazy to me!!! I was just shocked by the black staff’s words. If the refund is not possible, I understand. But I am not an employee of your system. Why didn’t you explain the correct amount and the payment?
