I find myself in a difficult situation at the moment:
I cancelled my contract with Sunrise a couple weeks ago, and started with a new provider. I want to port my old number, but this seems to be very complicated.
The new provider says the porting will finish on the 30th of October, a full 2 months after I started the contract with them. They claim that the number still belongs to Sunrise and can’t do anything about it.
A sunrise agent told me that I needed to deliver a power of attorney form to someone, but I can’t find their form for this (maybe I don’t need one from Sunrise?). Anyway, any help would be greatly appreciated on this matter.
Sidenote: Sunrise doesn’t have a support email (at least easily accessible), so my only options are to talk to an agent after work (they are always taken) or call them, except my number is cancelled so I have to ask for other people’s help - is a support email that hard to have?
