Bonjour,

Les coupures n’arrêtent pas (10 à 20 par jours) ça devient très gênant, je suis même obligé de retourner au bureau pour travailler vu le nombre de coupure par jour. Je peux comprendre qu’il aille des coupures de temps en temps cela peut arriver. Mais là je vous paie un abonnement qui n’est pas honorer correctement.

Quelle solution proposer vous ?

Pouvez-vous regarder avec la société Ns-t qui est venue jeudi pour qu’elle pose une nouvelle prise supplémentaire de l’entrée de maison jusqu’au salon à vos frais pour tous les désagréments engendré depuis mi-mars ?

zikmu Le technicien a corrigé proprement le signal et il est maintenant réglé de manière optimale. Veuillez retirer votre propre routeur et tester tout en mode routeur. Si les interruptions disparaissent, la cause est votre routeur Ubiquiti.

Bonjour,

Je vais tester cela et je vous tiens au courant.

Mais j’ai quand même de la peine a comprendre que mon routeur fasse tomber la ligne du coax (le modem clignote rouge )et je vais me retrouver avec un double NAT. Pas idéal non plus. C’est quand même étonnant que proposer un mode bridge et que cela ne fonctionne pas.
Pour info cela à fonctionné des années chez UPC sans aucun problème.

Voilà comme demandé j’ai passé le modem en mode router et comme mentionner plus haut ça ne change rien au problème coupure coupure….
pas eu besoin d’attendre plus de 2 heures pour avoir les première coupures. Modem clignotant rouge
je laisse le mode routeur pour que vous puissiez voir a distance.
en l’espace de 10 minutes 5 coupures.
Donc le problème vient soit du routeur soit de la ligne.
J’attends vos proposition pour corriger le problème et honorer votre contrat d’abonnement.

Bonjour,
voilà j’ai pris un peu de temps avant de faire ma réponse.
Nous avons trouvé le problème avec le technicien. Il se trouve que ma ligne a du être déconnecté un bon moment dans l’armoire de brassage du quartier. Elle est restée à l’air libre avant d’être rebranchanchée à mon arrivée.
L’'âme en cuivre du câble coaxial a du s’oxyder ce qui provoqué des micro-coupures sur la ligne et provoqué des déconnexions du modem.

Le problème ne venait pas du mode modem ou du modem bridge.
