I had been using the CB3 fiber without issue until yesterday. I couldn’t connect to the internet with any device using WIFI or cable connection and the CB3 was pulsating/blinking white. So I did a restart, nothing changed. Then I did a reset. As a result, the modem has now a solid white light and the WIFI connection has been reverted to factory default.
However when I try to connect to the internet with the factory default WIFI connection a tab always opens in the browser asking me to activate the connection?? It even requires an activation code which I have never received and never needed. In any case, the activation has been done by Sunrise when I first installed the modem few months ago so I don’t know why it’s needed again, unless a modem reset also resets the activation status?
