Connect Box (Compal)

I have a Connect Box model CH7465LG-LC and accessed the admin menu to check about firmware updates… but do not see any option to do so. Is firmware automatically updated? Just trying to practice good hygiene.

      There’s no option to search for or apply a new firmware to the Connect Box. The firmware update is solely done by UPC or Sunrise as they see fit.

        Thank you. I suppose that’s a good news/bad news situation… but as it is (and as an optimist), I’ll take it as good news. Thanks again.
