Has anyone else had this problem? we had UPC as our internet provider and have a 1Gbit line once Sunrise took over UPC our connection dropped to 100Mbit and no-one informed us, only after I did a speed test did I find this out, When I contacted Sunrise the fun started, tests and waiting Till I was told my modem from UPC was the problem and need to be replaced which was another adventure, it too well over a week to be sent and after installing a new “faster” modem I was back to 1Gbit not the widely advertised 2.5Gbit? also a new bill arrived for the full amount for a 1Gbit line. these are exactly the reasons why I changed to UPC from Sunrise. I am sorry but their service sucks.
