Dear Community,
As some of you may have already noticed, our new gamification feature was launched in the background and the first phase was heralded with a webinar. Now all the corresponding extensions have been adapted and we are delighted to officially introduce Gamification! 🎮 to you. From now on, you can not only find helpful answers in our Sunrise Community, but also have fun doing so - and collect rewards along the way.
What is gamification?
Gamification means that you can collect points, badges and other awards for your activities in the community. This gives you the opportunity to make your contribution visible and celebrate your successes - regardless of whether you answer questions, start new topics, give likes or simply actively participate in discussions.
This is how it works:
Collect points 🏆
- You receive points for helpful answers, likes and your general activity. The more active you are, the faster you will rise in rank. The biggest reward is for accepted solutions. Likes received are also an important driver.
Earn badges 🎖
- Certain actions earn you exclusive badges. Will you manage to become a “Super Supporter” or “Community Champion”?
Climb the leaderboard 📈
- Your points are included in the ranking. See how you compare to other members and who the top performers in the community are.
