Hi everyone,

I’m experiencing an issue with accessing a website that I regularly use in my home country, Poland, without any problems. After arriving in Switzerland, I noticed that when I try to visit the site, I get a warning from the Sunrise Internet provider saying: “Beware You’ve tried to access a site … which Sunrise considers to be harmful. Detected threat: Phishing.”

The website is legal and functions normally in Poland, so I believe this is a false positive. Does anyone know how to appeal to have the website removed from the harmful sites list or what steps to take to resolve this with Sunrise?

Any advice would be greatly appreciated!

    Could you please log in to MySunrise and then go to the product overview? Then select your Internet product and click on Details. Now you have a tab called Options. There you can deactivate Surf Protect as a test if it’ enabled. Does it now work again as it should?

      @Daniele_Sunrise Unfortunately we don’t have this option. This is the problem that normal sites are blocked by this tool. Can I contact you to unblock this one?
