  • I am requested to return a connect box that I have already returned.

Connect Box (Compal)

I cancelled my contract with UPC and returned the connect box (Serial DDAP6230258D) on the 4th of December 2023 (delivered on December, 6). I have confirmation from the post (see attached) that the package was delivered to Sunrise GmbH, yet I have received a letter to return the box again on 22 February 2024. I do not have the box and I am not gonna pay the cost of the box and/or any additional fees for it. Can you please resolve the issue. Thank you. Nina
