Barnzy I have been using a Draytek Vigor 167 with my Sunrise Internet for some time but two nights ago I had a power cut and the modem, router etc all powered down unexpectedly. When power returned, although all of the kit seemed to be functioning, the modem did not seem to receive an IP. Switching back temporarily to the Sunrise Internet Box brought back the connection and therefore I wondered if there was something on your side that was now blocking the third party modem? Sunrise_Team Thank you for your message. It is clear that everything is shut down after a power outage. But the settings and everything else should not expire. There shouldn’t be any blockages inside either, as we checked. Best regards Helena
