Connect Pod

Dear Community, Connecting Pods should be ‘plug & play’. Just connected my Pod to the socket but the while light never gets fixed (always blinks). Also Smart Wi-Fi app doesn’t work properly. I’m forced to register a password and when I try to do it gets idle. Please help. Thanks.

    Your products are not yet completely activated. Please wait until you are informed that your products are now fully activated and then try to install the Connect Pods again.

    Hi Daniele,

    Looks like now (after full activation of my products), connect pod is working. At least the white led is not blinking anymore. I still struggle to get a password for the Smart Wi-Fi App. I open the app and follow the link to get a password but gets idle. Any idea? Support will be much apprecciated.

      albruivit Could you please log in to MySunrise and click on your Internet product. You should then be able to create a new password for the Smart WIFI in Settings or Options via MySunrise. Can you please test this once?
