Hi! I am wondering if I can suspend or hold my account and subscription for a period of 7th-28th of April, 2023 or not, as I will be outside Switzerland, I have already received different answers from customer service; one said yes and I will pay only 5 CHF as I can suspend once a year, other one said No, so I would like to have clear information about that.

So for just 3 weeks? I think that is not possible. Or do you mean a year and three weeks?
