EnglishI tried this many times and gave up. However I need to make it work to link the connect pod to extend wi-fi. My UPC connect app does not detect the giga connect box. I am using the latest version app on iOS but no luck!

plato We have made a change on your modem, which will be completed in 30 minutes. Restart your modem afterwards. If you have problems, reset your modem. Press the reset button on the back of the modem with a pointed object for at least 25 seconds.
Please report back afterwards to see if you can connect your Connect Pod.

Thank you Daniele, this worked when I reset my giga connect box. Now I can even find the giga connect box on upc connect app and was able to add the connect pod from the app!
